Dr. Ciara Seib was born and raised in Hays, Kansas, where she learned the importance of faith, family, and serving others. She attended Thomas More Prep-Marian before continuing her education at Fort Hays State University. At FHSU, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Seib was then admitted into the UMKC School of Dentistry’s early admissions program and attended school in Kansas City for four years.

Joining Cedar Lodge Dental Group has been especially meaningful because it has given her the opportunity to care for the same community that played such an important role in shaping who she is. She values the relationships she builds with her patients, and it is her goal to help them feel confident in their smile and the quality of dental care provided.

Dentistry is constantly evolving, and she is committed to continuing her education throughout her career. She has completed training in airway-focused dentistry and expansion, allowing her to better understand how oral health impacts overall health and quality of life. As she continues to grow professionally, Dr. Seib is expanding her expertise in clear aligner therapy through Invisalign. Her commitment to lifelong learning allows her to provide patients with modern, comprehensive treatment options while continually enhancing the care she delivers.

For Dr. Seib, the most rewarding part of dentistry is helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Her goal is for each person who walks through the doors to experience a safe and positive atmosphere where they leave feeling healthier and happier. She believes that building trust and forming genuine relationships with patients are just as important as providing excellent clinical care.

Returning home to Hays has been one of the greatest blessings of Dr. Seib’s career. She is grateful to live and work in the community she has always loved and enjoys giving back by caring for friends, neighbors, and families throughout the area.

Outside the office, Dr. Seib enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures, reading a good book, spending time at the lake, and making memories with family and friends. She and her spouse are proud to call Hays home, where they are building their life together. Above all, Dr. Seib’s faith is the foundation of both her personal life and her approach to patient care. As a proud Catholic, she strives to walk in the footsteps of the Lord by treating every person with kindness, compassion, and respect. Whether she is caring for a patient, spending time with loved ones, or serving her community, her goal is to live out those values each day and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
